Step 2: Preparation and Shipping (Mail-In Service Only)

For mail-in sharpening:

  1. Place your knives and tools securely in a sturdy package.
  2. Include a brief note with your contact details and specific requests, if any.
  3. Ship your package to us using the address provided during your order.

Don’t worry! We’ll send detailed instructions to ensure everything is safe and secure.

Step 3: Expert Sharpening

Once we receive your knives, our skilled technicians get to work:

  • Each blade is carefully inspected for damage or wear.
  • Using precision tools, we restore the edge to razor-sharp perfection.
  • Minor repairs, such as fixing small chips, are included. (Extensive repairs are available for an additional fee.)

Step 4: Delivery or Collection

  • For mail-in services, your freshly sharpened knives are securely packed and promptly shipped back to you.
  • For on-site services, your knives will be sharpened and ready to use before we leave your location.
